Provider Agreement

This Provider Agreement governs your participation as an independent service provider on the WorkYarder platform.
1. Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of WorkYarder. You control how and when the services are performed.
2. Equipment
You are responsible for providing and maintaining all tools, equipment, vehicles, supplies, and materials necessary to perform your services.
3. Schedule and Work Acceptance
You choose when, whether, and where to accept job opportunities. There is no obligation to accept any particular lead or booking.
4. Right to Compete
You may perform similar services for competitors, operate your own business, and solicit your own customers outside of WorkYarder.
5. Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all federal, state, and local taxes, including self-employment taxes and any required business licenses.
6. Licenses and Permits
You must hold and maintain all licenses, permits, and registrations required by law for the services you offer.
7. Insurance
You must carry and maintain appropriate insurance, including General Liability Insurance, and provide proof upon request. You are responsible for any claims arising from your work.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorkYarder and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your performance of services.
