  • Property boundary data: public parcel and GIS data (e.g., from county records via ArcGIS) used to estimate service areas.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and general device/browser information.
  • Cookies: session cookies required to keep you signed in and protect against fraud.

  • To provide, operate, and improve the marketplace.
  • To generate quotes and match you with service providers.
  • To process payments and payouts.

  • Service providers: the professional you book receives your name, contact details, service address, and job notes necessary to perform the work.
  • Stripe: payment processing and, for professionals, payout management.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account and booking records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support; some data may be retained where legally required.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we encourage you to protect your password.
